BJ Watkins were contracted to carry out the electrical installation to all 7 properties, working closely with the developer and its clients to provide a comprehensive service to include:
- Guidance on electrical design and layout

- Installation of wiring and connection to Air Source heating systems for underfloor heating zones, radiator zones and hot water supplies

- Installation of customer supplied light fittings and sourcing of light fittings that matched the brief where required
