The Border Oak Showhouse in Kingsland, North Herefordshire is a beautiful home designed and built by Border Oak. It is used for open days by the company to showcase their work to potential clients and BJ Watkins are very proud to have been contracted to carry out the electrical works for such an important part of the company’s sales.
Our scope of works within the installation included:
- General guidance on electrical design features although the client had a very clear idea of what they desired, we were happy to lend our experience and expertise in making their ideas come to life.
- Installation of power and energy efficient lighting circuits.
- Installation of TV and data cabling throughout the property for high quality distribution of data.
- Installation of wiring and connection to gas underfloor heating system and hot water.
- Installation of smoke and heat detectors throughout property.
- Installation of customer supplied light fittings and sourcing of light fittings that matched the brief where required.
