Redgate House in North Herefordshire is a beautiful arts and crafts inspired home designed and built by Border Oak for their founder John and his wife Patsy.
BJ Watkins have a long-standing history with Border Oak and the client and we were contracted to carry out the electrical installation.
Our scope of works within the installation included:
- General guidance on electrical design features although the client had a very clear idea of what they desired, we were happy to lend our experience and expertise in making their ideas come to life.
- Installation of power and energy efficient lighting circuits.
- Installation of TV and data cabling throughout the property for high quality distribution of data.
- Considerations for garden lighting and power in the extensive and beautiful outdoor areas.
- Installation of smoke and heat detectors throughout property.
- Installation of customer supplied light fittings and sourcing of light fittings that matched the brief where required.
- Installation of Corston Architectural sockets and light switches throughout the property.
